During the Spring of 2017 Chase proudly moved his business to Compass, a national firm located in affluent markets across the country. Compass has built a best-in-class, in-house marketing and advertising agency that creatively and strategically crafts the narrative of its agents and their listings through a modern, engaging and cohesive brand. Chase was enthused at the opportunity to put those tools to use for his clients.
Chase is past president of the Wilshire Rotary Club, a community service organization that places an emphasis on business ethics. He has served in several leadership capacities in the real estate industry and is the founder and host of Larchmont Living’s Distinguished Speaker Series. He is a proud member of the Wilshire Country Club and Jonathan Club, and has spent more than 10 years coaching numerous little league teams and mentoring youths in the process. He has an English degree from Florida State University and a Masters degree from St. Thomas University. Chase raised his three teenage children in Hancock Park and has lived in many wonderful communities throughout the city.
